We maintain a strict discipline policy to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for every student. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense.

As per the direction of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Government has banned ragging completely in any form inside and outside the campus.Ragging in all its forms is totally banned in Rajshree Medical Research Institute
Anti Ragging Registration
Every student of RMRI Bareilly shall register himself/herself on the website www.anti-ragging.in / www.amanmovement.org and take a printout and submit the same to the Head of Department within seven days.

All users must sign the entry register and carry a valid ID card.

Personal belongings must be deposited at the property counter; the library is not responsible for any loss.

Silence and discipline must be strictly maintained inside the library premises at all times

Users must handle library materials carefully; damaging, marking, or misplacing books is strictly forbidden.

Mobile phones should be switched off or kept on silent mode; loud talking, eating, or smoking is strictly prohibited.

Furniture should not be disturbed, and users must help maintain cleanliness and order in the library.

Books are issued for a limited period and must be returned on time; late returns will result in fines as per rules.

Borrowers are responsible for any loss or damage of issued books and must replace them or pay the required penalty.

Library cards are non-transferable; loss of card must be reported immediately, and duplicate cards will be issued with a fine.

Reference materials (books, journals, newspapers, etc.) are for in-library use only and cannot be issued.

All hostel inmates must strictly follow the hostel rules and submit a signed declaration at the time of admission.

The Warden/Deputy Warden will act as the local guardian and authority for maintaining discipline in the hostel.

Students are not allowed to leave the hostel without prior permission from the Warden and consent from parents.

Inmates must maintain good behavior and discipline both inside and outside the hostel; misconduct may lead to strict action or expulsion.

Hostel admission and discipline are regulated by the Dean; admission may be denied or cancelled in case of serious misconduct.

Mess charges must be paid on time; no concession will be provided for absence or leave.

Organizing trips, meetings, or gatherings without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Guests or day scholars are not allowed to stay in the hostel without official permission.

Students must maintain cleanliness in rooms and take care of hostel property; any damage will be penalized.

Activities like smoking, alcohol consumption, drugs, gambling, violence, cooking in rooms, and use of unauthorized electrical appliances are strictly prohibited.

All students must carry their valid Identity Card at all times within the campus.

Students are expected to maintain polite, respectful, and disciplined behavior both inside and outside the campus.

Hostel rooms, common areas, and surroundings must be kept clean and hygienic at all times.

Students must cooperate during maintenance work and vacate rooms temporarily if required by the administration.

Students are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their allotted rooms and hostel property.

Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately to the caretaker or concerned authority.

Any damage to hostel property will be the responsibility of the occupant and must be repaired or compensated.

Furniture and hostel items must not be moved or misused; any unauthorized use may lead to penalties.

Ragging is strictly prohibited, and strict disciplinary action will be taken against offenders.

Students must report any ragging incidents immediately; failure to report may also lead to disciplinary action.
