time; late returns will result in fines as per rules.<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"card\"><div class=\"number\">08<\/div><div class=\"para\">Borrowers are responsible for any loss or damage of issued books and must replace them or pay the required penalty.<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"card\"><div class=\"number\">09<\/div><div class=\"para\">Library cards are non-transferable; loss of card must class=\"number\">02<\/div><div class=\"para\">The Warden\/Deputy Warden will act as the local guardian and authority for maintaining discipline in the hostel.<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"card\"><div class=\"number\">03<\/div><div class=\"para\">Students are not allowed to leave the hostel without prior permission from the Warden and consent from parents.<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"card\"><div class=\"number\">04<\/div><div class=\"para\">Inmates must maintain good behavior and discipline both inside and outside the hostel; misconduct may lead to strict action or expulsion.<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"card\"><div class=\"number\">05<\/div><div class=\"para\">Hostel admission and discipline are regulated by the Dean; admission may be denied or cancelled in case of serious misconduct.<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"card\"><div class=\"number\">06<\/div><div class=\"para\">Mess charges must be paid on time; no concession will be provided for absence or expected to maintain polite, respectful, and disciplined behavior both inside and outside the campus.<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"card\"><div class=\"number\">03<\/div><div class=\"para\">Hostel rooms, common areas, and surroundings must be kept clean and hygienic at all times.<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"card\"><div class=\"number\">04<\/div><div class=\"para\">Students must cooperate during maintenance work and vacate rooms temporarily if required by the administration.<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"card\"><div class=\"number\">05<\/div><div class=\"para\">Students are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their allotted rooms and hostel property.<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"card\"><div class=\"number\">06<\/div><div class=\"para\">Any maintenance issues should be
